Add-On agreements are dependent upon homeowner having a Furnace or A/C ESA and the add-on service being performed at the time of the routine maintenance inspection for the furnace or A/C.

We recommend replacing the pleated media filter at least twice per year - in September and March. For most efficient filtration or dirty environments, we recommend replacing 3-4 times per year.
